Payment Terms & Delivery

Please contact us by phone or e-mail to let us know your requirements.  We will quote you a delivery date, price, cost of carriage and guarantee/warranty terms. Many of these details are quoted on the product pages of the website. If the terms are acceptable we will take payment.  If the products you request are in stock we will despatch within two working days of receipt of payment, by courier or parcel post at our option.  If the goods were not in stock and we do not meet our delivery date you have the right to cancel and any money paid will be refunded.

Privacy Policy 1. Under the new Privacy and Electronic Communications Act (passed into law on 11 Dec 03)

 We do NOT send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
 We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
 We do not disclose buyers information to third parties.

 

Returns Policy

Defective Goods

Damage that would be obvious on receipt must be noted on the Courier's receipt.  Faulty damaged or defective goods should be notified to us as soon as possible and we will come to an agreement  concerning repair, replacement or refund.

Unwanted Goods

 Provided that the goods you have purchased are in the same condition as they were when you received them, and you return them within  7 days of purchase, we will either exchange them or give a refund.  Electrical goods must be returned un-opened and un-used because otherwise we cannot re-stock them.
 If we have made a mistake, then we will collect any products that are wrong and make a full refund including carriage, but we would ask you to let us nominate the carrier.

 Refunds for goods returned through no fault of ours will subject to a handling charge of 30% and it is the customer's responsibility to return the product. The original carriage charge cannot be refunded.

Receiving Goods

Many swimming pool items are bulky and an able bodied person should be available to help with the unloading. If you instruct us to leave goods without a signature it becomes your responsibility to ensure a safe delivery site.

Safety in Use

All swimming pool electrics require their own properly protected circuits, installed and certified by a qualified electrician.  Electrical equipment must not be sited where it can fall into the water or be easily splashed, and pumps and electric heaters should be sited in locked, waterproof enclosures away from the water's edge. Makers' instructions for use must be followed and frequently these advise turning off electrical items when the pool is in use.

Above ground pools have limited depth so diving should be strictly prohibited. Access to the pool should be protected to avoid the risk of accidental drowning.

Consequential Loss

The company shall not be liable for consequential loss of any kind, such as damage to property due to lack of care in use, disappointment, loss of profits, or charges for the purchaser's time or incidental expenses..
