There are of course the floating hammocks on the market. A floating
armchair or a piece of mesh suspended between two floats. This hammock is nothing like
that, the Patent Searches show that this invention is unique. First
of all this because this hammock holds your body in the water not
on the water. Secondly these Relaxation In-Pool Hammocks are a quality

materials, and have been built to last.
The sling allows you to take any position you like in the water, curled
up, sitting up, laying on your front, or laying on your back:- you
choose. An even better feature is that you don't have to struggle to get
on to it, you just float on, t is completely different to trying to get
on a floating arm chair or Li-Lo.
We started building the frames in Stainless Steel - and these would be ideal for the commercial market - a Spa complex's hydrotherapy pool or for hire on a Mediterranean beach. But most people would probably want something a little lighter to carry so we built hammocks with plastic tubular frames and for the ultimate in lightness and portability - aluminium frames. Our covers can be adjusted whilst in the pool by means of zips. All this adjustment means that any size and weight of body can be accommodated in any position, floating at any depth, in any type of water in a wide range of depths. Covers are available in colourful acrylic "Crowson" acrylic canvas or in a quick drying blue or white plastic mesh. The Sea Hammock was entered in the New Product competition at Piscine-Expo in Lyon during November 2006 and won the Trophée Des Nouveautés Catégorie Environnement Du Bassin against international muli-national competition. All enquiries very welcome They have a main oval frame and a second three sided "arm" frame that projects from it at right angles. The bottom of the main frame sits on the bottom of the pool. The top of the main frame is attached to a fabric cover that stretches up to the surface of the water where it is buoyed up by a pillow enclosing an inflatable polyurethane bladder. From there the cover stretches down to the "arm frame" forming a sling. The chairs automatically float higher or lower depending on how deep your pool is, the main frame just taking a steeper angle relative to the bottom of the pool, the deeper the pool is. The chairs can cope with pool depths ranging from 3 feet to 5 feet.
The Aquatic Therapy Hammock/Sea-Hammock is a fantastic invention, but you have to try
it to understand it and love it. It is like the most comfortable lounger
you've ever sat in, but better. On a winter's day just lying back in warm
steamy water it is superb. On a Summer's day with the sun beating down on
you, but with the water taking the edge off the unbearable heat it is
incredible. They are Ideal for use in a warm swimming pool
or swim spa, when you just want to relax, read a book, chat, or gently rock
up and down and fall asleep.
